Atlantic County has thirteen parks including Oscar E. McClinton Jr. Waterfront Park in Atlantic City, Estell Manor, Lake Lenape, Weymouth Furnace, Penny Pot, Gaskill, Riverbend, Whirlpool Island, Galloway Tract, Leeds' Point and Veterans Memorial Park. The County Park System also maintains three facilities- Klingener Pier, John F. Gaffney Green Tree Golf Course, and Camp Acagisca and the Atlantic County Bikeway.
The Atlantic County Park System is committed to the preservation of open space and outdoor recreation. The Atlantic County Park System offers a wide variety of recreational and leisure activities including events, crafts, environmental education, and children's programs.

Lake Lenape Park
Lake Lenape Park is located on the western side of Lake Lenape. The park entrance is located at 6303 Harding Highway in Mays Landing and encompasses nearly two thousand acres of land.

Estell Manor Park
Estell Manor Park is located 3.5 miles south of Mays Landing on Route 50. It is about 1700 acres large. This is Atlantic County Park System's most popular park and the Division of Parks and Recreation headquarters.

Galloway Tract
Galloway Tract is located in the Galloway Township section of Atlantic County, and encompasses over 371 acres. It can be accessed through Highlands Ave., Seaview Ave., Jimmie Leeds Road, or Great Creek Road.

Gaskill Park
Gaskill Park was once a deep water port in Mays Landing during the Revolutionary War period. Four-masted schooners could pull into the port to load and unload supplies.

Leeds' Point Natural Area
Leeds' Point Natural Area is located in Galloway Township, and accessed through Leeds Point Road, off of Route 9 in Oceanville. It is slightly over 4 acres and is a valuable natural area.

Whirlpool Island
Whirlpool Island is a bay island located off the Northfield mainland, but is in the jurisdiction of Egg Harbor Township. It is located in Lakes Bay and only accessible by boat.
